1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE delivery on all prepaid orders.

Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping (within INDIA): Delivered within 3-7 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors like weather, customs clearance, or carrier-related issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AIMONLY is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, customs clearance).

5. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs processing and additional charges.
