- Once your exchange is approved, we will process and ship the replacement item. Delivery may take up to 7 days from the date of shipment.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Returns & Refunds
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Upon successful inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, as per your preference. The amount will be credited to your account within 7 days.
- Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
